I know what you mean. Seeing people indoors in tshirts when it's winter temperatures outside. Don't work too hard and make sure you enjoy yourself too :)
Yeah, I remember when I was a kid in New York we used to open the windows in the middle of winter becuase it got too hot inside! And we always wore t-shirts etc even when there was snow on the ground outside.
As I write this I'm wearing undershirt, heavy sweater plus flannel shirt. How things have changed!
Try working in an air conditioned office in the summer with the temperature set below zero when you need a heavy jacket scarf and gloves just to cope. That's also wasteful. I can't figure out why its done either
